1 scoop Pure Vitality vanilla shake
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or unsweetened coconut or cashew milk)
1 cup of berries
1. Mix or blend ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour shake mix into popsicle molds & freeze.
Try adding 1-2 tablespoons all natural unsweetened cocoa powder for a chocolate berry taste.
Voila! A delicious and refreshing treat.

*Tip: Run the molds under lukewarm water for 10-15 seconds to help the popsicles loosen easily once fully frozen.
You can substitute one (1) popsicle per day in place of your apple or almonds.
