Ingredients:
4 eggs
Coconut Oil
Spinach
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Green Beans
Your Favorite Spices

Directions:
1. Add coconut oil to frying pan and turn up the heat.
2. Add vegetables (total of 2 cups).
3. Add eggs.
4. Add spices (salt, pepper, etc.)
5. Add spinach at this time.
6. Stir fry until ready.
